*Primary Duties/Responsibilities*

• Contribute to producing quality food products for off-site events, catering events
• Having ownership and accountability for food preparation and production
• Ensure consistency of product for all guests by way of portion control standards set by the Executive Chef
• Maintain a positive attitude when working with the full kitchen team
• Follow safe food handling techniques and ensure a clean and organized station

*Skills/Qualifications:*

• Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience in a similar and relevant role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
• Possesses strong organizational skills
• Passion for food and a desire to learn and grow
• Food Handler?s Certification (preferred but not required)
• Diver?s license (preferred but not required)
