Senior E-commerce Data Analyst
Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience working with large, multi-source datasets.
Advanced Power BI skills including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard design and performance optimization.
Strong Python skills for data cleaning, analysis, automation, forecasting and statistical modeling.
Experience with BigQuery / cloud data warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs and automated data refresh processes.
Solid e-commerce analytics experience across sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, cancellations, returns, payments, delivery and customer retention.
Hands-on knowledge of GA4 and digital marketing data; ability to combine web analytics, ad-platform and transactional data.
Strong capability in customer analytics including cohort analysis, RFM, CLV/LTV, repeat purchase, retention and churn analysis.
Experience with product, category and merchandising analytics including SKU scoring, stock coverage, sell-through and price-point analysis.
Integrate and reconcile data from BigCommerce, GA4, Google Ads, Meta and other marketing platforms, OMS/CMS, payment gateways, BNPL providers and internal sources.
Develop scalable BigQuery datasets, SQL models and automated data pipelines with strong data-quality checks and documentation.
Build customer analytics covering new vs. returning customers, retention, cohort behavior, RFM, CLV/LTV, frequency, churn and reactivation opportunities.
Create product and merchandising analytics by SKU, business unit, category, price point and market, including a SKU performance score using sales, impressions, PDP views, add-to-cart and conversion signals.
Analyze inventory and stock coverage, identify lost-sales risk, slow movers and replenishment priorities, and support assortment planning by market.
Support annual budgeting and forecasting with monthly/category projections, scenario modeling, target setting and variance analysis versus budget, forecast and prior year.
Evaluate marketing efficiency by channel and campaign, including ROAS, CAC, contribution, funnel performance and incremental opportunities through the dashboards.
Perform root-cause and ad-hoc analyses, clearly quantify business impact, and recommend practical actions to e-commerce, marketing, operations, content and technology teams.
Present concise weekly/monthly insights to the Group E-commerce Manager and senior stakeholders, with clear risks, opportunities, priorities and measurable next actions.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related field.
4–7 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or E-commerce Analytics .
Strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and Python .
Hands-on experience with BigQuery or cloud data warehouses and data integration.
Good knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, Meta, and other digital platforms .
Strong knowledge of forecasting, reporting, and KPI analysis .
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
