Application Support Engineer

Job Summary: The Application Support Engineer’s role is to ensure that the ERP software runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Provides technical and functional support in the areas of ERP systems administration, problem resolution & support.

Job Responsibilities: Provide Support and Training to ERP Users.

Collect and Analyze user requirements.

Update and Maintain Master Data

A degree in Information Technology or other related field.

+2 years of experience working on ERP or Enterprise Business Application.

Excellent Communication Skills.

Good Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Database.

Knowledge of Oracle Database and/or Linux will be considered an advantage.

Knowledge of Infor and/or BAAN ERP systems will be considered an advantage.
