Required Qualifications:

? 5-7 years of HRIS experience

? Demonstrates problem-solving, trouble-shooting, software lifecycle testing, solutions-oriented

? Experience with HRIS Systems (PeopleSoft HCM preferred)

? Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to communicate to technical and non-

technical users.

? Advanced MicroSoft Excel skills

? Experience in developing, enhancing and trouble-shooting Peoplesoft Queries

? Outstanding operational and organizational skills in addition to detailed oriented work

? Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

? Ability to operate autonomously and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

? Ability to be well organized and to be multi-tasking

? Ability to work as part of a multicultural team

? Ability to collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and to be client-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

? Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent education/experience/training

? Knowledge of HR processes

? Knowledge of the banking industry

? Analytical and project management skills a plus

Pay: $32.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
