💰 Salary: $2,200 – $2,800/month

We are looking for hardworking and passionate individuals to join our kitchen team as Assistant Chef or Kitchen Assistant.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist chefs in preparing sushi, sashimi and Japanese dishes.
• Wash, cut and prepare fresh ingredients such as seafood, meat and vegetables.
• Prepare ingredients and kitchen supplies for daily operations.
• Ensure food quality and proper food storage.
• Keep the kitchen and work area clean and tidy.
• Work together with the kitchen team during service.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the Head Chef.

Job Requirements

• Experience in Japanese restaurants is an advantage.
• Willing to learn and follow instructions.
• Hardworking, responsible and a good team player.
• Able to work 6 days a week, including weekends and Public Holidays.
