What we wish for

• Completed vocational training: in the commercial sector or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience: in purchasing, materials management, or logistics is desirable
• IT skills: confident handling of SAP is an advantage
• Language skills: basic English skills in spoken and written form

• Execution of the purchasing process for indirect requirements (raw materials, auxiliary materials, and operating materials), including price negotiation, preparation, and conclusion of purchase contracts
• Negotiation and ordering of service and maintenance contracts
• Optimization of cost and delivery logistics of the goods to be procured
• Support for project/series material purchasers (e.g., order confirmation and price verification)
• Invoice audits and creation of debit notes
• Creation of Intrastat reports
• Implementation of the company's quality policy and goals towards suppliers
• Environmental management (waste evaluation, support in maintaining external waste and hazardous substance registers, as well as in environmental audits)
