What we are looking for

• Completed training: commercial training, professional experience preferably in the field of fixed asset accounting or a comparable specialist area
• SAP: knowledge of SAP R/3 (Fi, Co) desirable
• Microsoft Office: Confident handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Language skills: good English skills in spoken and written form

• Independent management of fixed asset accounting incl. depreciation calculation incl. master data changes
• Processing of scrapping and sale of fixed assets
• Valuation and posting of incurred internal services in fixed assets
• Organization, support, and evaluation of the physical inventory of fixed assets
• Accounting processing of IC transfers of fixed assets
• Organization and support of the inventories of current assets (permanent inventory)
• SAP master data maintenance, approval of master data changes in the accounts payable area
• Participation in closings, planning, and analyses for the area of responsibility
• Creation of evaluations and reports from the area of responsibility within the framework of IC reporting
• Support for accounts payable accounting as required
