Head of Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

We are looking for a leader who thinks through business and acts through people.

This is a role for someone who wants to influence the company's results through the quality of hiring: shaping approaches, making complex decisions together with top management, and strengthening the team with strong talents.

What you will do

• Develop the recruiting team (up to 10 specialists)
• Formulate and implement the hiring strategy in accordance with business priorities
• Partner with department heads as an expert and authority on talent acquisition issues
• Participate in M&A projects: scaling teams and business integration
• Develop onboarding as a tool for rapid adaptation and retention
• Strengthen the employer brand and candidate experience
• Develop a professional network and an active company presence in the talent market
• Use data and digital tools to increase hiring efficiency

• Experience in managing talent acquisition and building a hiring strategy
• Experience working with complex recruiting tasks
• A strong professional network and the ability to build long-term relationships with candidates
• Experience using modern tools in recruiting
• Strategic thinking and result orientation
• English language level — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
