Loyalty Program Development Expert

Kyivstar is looking for an expert who will develop customer loyalty programs, rewards, and engagement, implement new products and marketing mechanics, and influence key customer experience and business indicators.

Your main tasks:

• Development, launch, and improvement of loyalty, engagement, and reward programs for customers;
• Project management from idea formation and business requirements to launch and results evaluation;
• Coordination of work with cross-functional teams and IT to implement new products and functionality;
• Development and execution of marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement;
• Analysis of business indicators and customer metrics, searching for opportunities to improve program effectiveness.

Our expectations:

• Higher education in marketing, economics, or business;
• 3+ years of experience in product and/or project management;
• Experience with customer loyalty programs, retention, or customer engagement will be an advantage;
• Strong analytical skills, experience working with KPI and preparing business cases;
• English at Upper-Intermediate level and skills for effective stakeholder interaction.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience with reward programs and bonus mechanics.
• Understanding of digital products and services.
• Experience in implementing large-scale customer or marketing projects.
