Process Management Team Lead (BPMS Stream)

We are looking for an expert for the business process management team who will be responsible for the optimization and automation of business processes, the development of the business process management system, and leading the business process management team

What you need to do?

• Develop the methodology for business process optimization and automation and implement modern tools to increase efficiency
• Analyze data and KPI, identify areas for improvement, and formulate decisions based on numbers
• Manage business process reengineering using automation, robotics, artificial intelligence, and other technologies
• Create and develop a unified system of performance indicators for business processes, teams, and employees
• Organize the implementation of changes, track their results, and evaluate their impact on the business
• Manage the team and interact with various Company departments to implement initiatives to increase operational and business efficiency

• You have a higher education in technical sciences, economics, or management
• You understand the principles of building algorithms and business processes
• You have strong leadership and organizational skills and experience in team management
• You can solve complex problems, think critically, conduct negotiations, and convincingly present your ideas
• You are proficient in English at a high level
• You work with UiPath, Celonis, Power Platform, or similar tools
• You are proficient in project management and team collaboration tools: MS Project, Confluence, Jira, Slack, or similar
• You are ready to constantly learn, develop, and take on "star" tasks

It would be cool if...

• You have experience working as a product/project manager or business analyst
• You have certification such as Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP), Lean/Lean Six Sigma, Certified Process Professional (CPP), or similar
