Middle Support Engineer (ERP systems)

We are looking for a Middle Support Engineer to support, develop, and improve corporate ERP systems, ensuring their stable operation and implementing changes according to business needs.

What you will do Ensure the stable and uninterrupted operation of enterprise management systems in accordance with established SLA.

Monitor system operation, the status and speed of process and report execution, analyze non-standard behavior, and find the causes of problems.

Process and resolve incidents and errors in system operation, including those arising from user actions.

Analyze and fix software code deficiencies in accordance with internal change management processes.

Control the interaction of systems with other corporate systems and participate in resolving integration problems.

Control the fulfillment of user requests in Service Desk in accordance with SLA.

Prepare data extracts from systems upon requests from users, auditors, and other agreed parties.

Maintain the relevance of technical documentation, prepare instructions, and other documents in accordance with internal procedures.

Consult users and provide information support regarding system operation.

Optimize system load and costs, including the use of disk space, memory, backup, and system processes.

Analyze business processes and user needs and translate them into technical solutions and specifications.

Participate in the modification and development of systems: prepare business and technical requirements, specifications, and user instructions.

Participate in projects for the development and improvement of corporate information systems.

Interact with auditors and monitor the fulfillment of internal and external requirements and recommendations.

What qualification and experience are required Higher technical education in the field of information technology.

From 1.5 years of IT experience, preferably 2 years or more.

Experience working with financial accounting systems.

Experience in developing or configuring financial systems.

Knowledge of Oracle DBMS, SQL, and PL/SQL.

Experience working with one of the tools for working with Oracle Database: PL/SQL Developer, Toad, or similar.

Understanding the principles of operation of corporate information systems and their integrations.

Experience in analyzing and resolving problems in the operation of information systems.

Experience working with business and IT requirements, preparing technical solutions and specifications.

English at a level sufficient for working with technical documentation.

Attention to detail, analytical thinking, initiative, and a responsible approach to work.

Willingness to work in a team and interact with users and related teams.

It will be a plus Additional education in the field of finance or accounting.

Experience working with enterprise budget planning systems.

Confident knowledge of the basics of accounting.

Experience working with other financial modules.

Experience in optimizing the performance and resources of corporate information systems.

Spoken English.
