M&A Legal Advisor

We are looking for a specialist to join the Kyivstar legal department team, who will be responsible for supporting M&A projects, legal analysis of new initiatives, and risk assessment. Over the last three years, our legal team has been recognized as the best in the industry three times — and we are not stopping. We work at the intersection of telecom, IT, construction, cybersecurity, and innovative services. And we are looking for a person who is interested in thinking broader than just a "legal function."

What you will need to do? Conduct legal due diligence of merger and acquisition targets Analyze new projects and products for compliance with legislation Develop requirements and recommendations for the Company's M&A projects Formulate proposals for transactions within the scope of business activities Summarize risks and disputed issues and propose solutions Participate in meetings with counterparties and government authorities on legal matters

You are our match if... You have 2+ years of experience in the field of mergers and acquisitions You know the approaches and solutions of НКЦПФР regarding the conclusion of contracts with corporate rights You have experience working with transactions for the purchase and sale of corporate rights, securities, or assets You possess English at an upper-intermediate level

It would be cool if... You have experience working in international companies You are well-versed in international law in the field of M&A You have experience working in telecommunications
