Head of business analysis & reporting
Kyivstar is looking for an experienced leader to join its finance team and head the business analysis department.
Responsibility: · Management and coordination of reporting systems, analytical diagnostics of the company's business, and its strategic directions. · Monitoring the achievement of planned indicators, preparation of post-launch initiatives, and development of business recommendations for corrective actions, detection of operational issues, identification of opportunities to increase the efficiency of the company's activities, processes, and tools in cooperation with marketing, sales, and IT teams. · Assisting the company's top management in key strategic projects, conducting their assessment from an economic and financial point of view to maximize market potential. · Facilitating the achievement of key business goals of the company and commercial business units through the development and support of analytical reporting, operational diagnostics, and the development of analytical tools in accordance with the business strategy. · Development of the methodology for analyzing the Company's key commercial initiatives. · Analysis and support of a multi-channel integrated approach, analysis of the profitability of service channels, conducting efficiency assessments of marketing activities and projects, and providing feedback. Analysis of the impact and effectiveness of each service channel/marketing activity and providing recommendations for investment optimization. · Training analysts, organizing the work of the analytical function, and controlling the results of the analysts' work.
Candidate Profile: · 6 years of experience in analytics, strategy, commerce, or marketing. · Preferably experience in the telecommunications sector within complex business structures. · Extensive knowledge and experience in marketing / market analysis / targeting / promotion optimization and managing a reporting system. · Management experience of at least 2 years (people/processes/projects).
Requirements: · Comprehensive strategic understanding of the company's business. · Experience in team management. · Advanced Analytical skills (ability to analyze complex, large datasets and draw analytical conclusions and recommendations) and providing diagnostic findings for management decision-making. · Ability to present results and plans at the top management level, critically analyze the company's business, and influence corrective actions at the top management and Headquarters level. · Ability to work in multitasking conditions, developed skills in building partner business relationships with Clients, and advanced communication skills. · Result-oriented, responsibility for implementing changes, and the ability to learn quickly. · Experience working in an international environment. · Experience in conducting business negotiations. · Proficient use of SQL. · Experience in CVM campaign analytics. · Experience working with Power BI or similar tools. · MS Office programs: proficient user of MS Excel and Power Point (presentations, reports, think-cell). · Ability to work with Jira. · English - fluent.
