Lead Specialist in Customer Base Management and Analytics (B2B)
Job Purpose Analysis of the existing and potential B2B customer base to identify potential for maximum and/or additional monetization, timely identification of churn risks or reduction in service consumption, as well as forming an analytical foundation for business decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Analyzes the B2B customer base, conducts segmentation and micro-segmentation to identify revenue growth potential and churn risks; Researches customer behavior and their consumption of B2B mobile and fixed services, identifies growth points and risk zones; Based on identified needs and opportunities, initiates and generates ideas for new campaigns aimed at increasing revenue, traffic, and B2B customer retention; Monitors key customer base indicators (KPI), tracks their dynamics, and analyzes deviations from planned or normative values; Analyzes the market of potential B2B customers, conducts segmentation, and prepares analytical bases for cluster managers and sales teams; Initiates the implementation of or participates in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at retaining key customers, increasing revenue, and improving B2B customer satisfaction levels; Prepares presentations regarding the dynamics of key customer base indicators for management and stakeholders; Forms regular analytical reports and digests on key B2B customer base indicators. Candidate Requirements: Higher education in economics, finance, analytics, marketing, or mathematics; At least 2 years of experience in analytics (preferably in telecommunications or the B2B segment); Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint); Developed analytical thinking, a systematic approach to working with data, high level of self-organization; English language proficiency at B1–B2 level.
