Strengthen our team as a Controlling Professional (m/w/d) and support sound business decisions through meaningful financial analyses. Work closely with colleagues from various departments and actively contribute to the success of our production organization.

In this role, you will work with different levels of the organization - particularly with the Production department. You will support our Business Partners in Production Controlling as well as local and regional managers in implementing operational and strategic business goals through high-quality analyses and sound financial advice.

This is a permanent full-time position (38 hours/week) at the corporate headquarters in Einbeck.

Your tasks:

Cost Controlling

• Recording and analysis of production costs
• Development of standard costs
• Conducting variance analyses
• Identification of cost-saving potentials

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Supporting the Business Partners Production Controlling in calculating the Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM)
• Controlling and coordinating the collection of production process data and relevant key figures

Closings

• Calculation and analysis of the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) by culture as part of quarterly and annual closings
• Supporting the inventory management process to a limited extent

Master Data Management

• Maintenance of master data according to established control models

Collaboration & Communication

• Close cooperation with international colleagues from Production as well as Finance & Controlling
• Ensuring compliance with cost controlling and governance standards

Your profile:

• Successfully completed Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Agribusiness, or a comparable field of study
• Initial professional experience in Controlling and/or Finance, ideally in an international environment - alternatively relevant experience as an intern or working student in the field of Controlling or Finance
• Very good IT skills, especially in MS Excel; knowledge of SAP R/3, SAP S/4HANA and Business Warehouse is an advantage
• High level of initiative as well as the ability to proactively drive topics and achieve results
• Enjoyment in taking on responsibility and developing solutions together with various stakeholders
• Team player
• Fluent English skills in speaking and writing, ideally very good German skills in speaking and writing
