QUALITY CONTROL OFFICER (M/W/D) - PHARMA (Focus on Qualification & Validation)

We are strengthening our RX team and are looking for an energetic 1 QUALITY CONTROL OFFICER (M/W/D) - PHARMA (Focus on Qualification & Validation) for our location in the 16th district in Wien.

Your Tasks

• Ensuring and controlling the proper calibration, qualification, and validation of plants and devices (incl. Computerised Systems) in Quality Control

• Carrying out device qualifications and validations as well as checking and creating qualification and validation documents

• Creation and checking of documents for the operation and maintenance of analytical devices

• Procurement and implementation of devices taking into account GMP-relevant requirements

• Practical execution of analyses in the course of validation or transfer activities

• Coordination and support of method transfers with internal and external partners

• Creation, checking, and updating of GMP-relevant documents (SOPs, PVs, etc.)

• Processing of deviations and device malfunctions

• Development and implementation of measures to ensure and continuously monitor data integrity

• Participation in projects in compliance with legal requirements

Your Profile

• Completed chemical-technical or natural science education (HTL, FH/Uni)

• Professional experience in a comparable position in a GMP-regulated environment

• Experience in the qualification of plants and devices as well as validation of analytical methods and processes

• IT affinity as well as interest in digital systems

• Independent, structured, and precise way of working

• Organizational strength, solution orientation

• Communication and teamwork skills

• High quality awareness, commitment

• Good MS-Office and English skills
