Regional Tender Executive

Job Summary This role manages tender processes from customers, aligning opportunities with company strategy to secure competitive and high-quality offers for global and regional clients. Responsibilities Lead or support preparation and submission of tenders for global and strategic customers by collaborating with global and regional account management teams Analyze tender specifications and coordinate with APAC countries to ensure accurate and timely responses Coordinate with local offices and central procurement teams to develop competitive and high-quality tender offers Develop project plans to conduct pricing analysis, internal reviews, and evaluations aligned with global tender management processes Maintain comprehensive records of tenders in internal reports and document management systems Lead or participate in cross-region stakeholder meetings to provide tender management advice and analysis supporting corporate goals Troubleshoot tender-related issues and implement corrective action plans to improve tender management processes Execute other assignments and participate in related projects as required Required competencies and certifications Proficient in advanced MS Excel for data analysis and tender evaluation Fluent in spoken and written English to communicate effectively across diverse teams Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry preferred Strong numerical aptitude with problem-solving and fast-thinking skills Good interpersonal skills with an understanding of cultural diversity
