Your tasks
What is this challenge about
- Turn real business needs into production-ready AI solutions, from intelligent assistants and agents to automated workflows.
- Integrate AI capabilities with Azure services, APIs, enterprise systems, data platforms and internal tools.
- Build the core components that make AI reliable in production, including retrieval, orchestration, tool use, evaluation, monitoring and guardrails.
- Partner with data engineers and data scientists to connect models, prompts and data pipelines into end-to-end solutions.
- Create reusable agentic workflows and templates that can be adopted by different teams across the organization.
- Help raise engineering standards and developer experience for AI software delivery.
Requirements
What we are looking for
- Strong software engineering background in Python and SQL
- Proven experience building GenAI applications, AI assistants, agents or AI-driven workflow automation
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI services and Azure AI Foundry (or similar AI platforms)
- Solid understanding of RAG, prompt and context engineering, tool calling, evaluation and orchestration of AI systems in production
- Experience with APIs, cloud-native services, data pipelines and enterprise integrations
- Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor or similar
- A builder mindset: you enjoy shipping real products and turning ambiguous problems into working solutions
- Nice to have: experience with Microsoft Agent Framework, LangChain or MCP, as well as Snowflake, vector databases, observability tooling or LLM gateways
