Are you a student with an interest in marketing, content and communication – and would you like to gain hands-on experience with international campaigns and a strong brand?

At Kvik, we are looking for an enthusiastic Student Assistant to join our Marketing team, where you will have the opportunity to work with campaign coordination, digital marketing and social media.

A varied role with a wide range of tasks

As a Student Assistant, you will play an important role in the day-to-day work of our Marketing team. You will work closely with our Danish and international Marketing Managers, as well as our Graphic Design and Digital Marketing teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Campaign briefing, execution and coordination across our Nordic markets (DK, NO, SE and DE), including:
• Creating and coordinating POS materials for our stores
• Developing campaign content for websites, newsletters, paid media and SEM
• Setting up local advertisements and coordinating local budgets
• Preparing campaign presentations for our stores
• Planning and coordinating international Instagram content in collaboration with our Content Manager
• Monthly reporting and other ad hoc tasks across departments

Who are you?

We imagine that you are currently pursuing a relevant higher education degree in marketing, communication, digital marketing or a similar field.

You don't need to have experience in everything. What matters most is that you are curious, organised and eager to learn. You enjoy working on a variety of tasks and are comfortable working independently as well as collaborating with different people across the organisation.

We particularly value that you:

• Have an interest in marketing, content and communication
• Are organised, detail-oriented and good at meeting deadlines
• Have a good visual eye and an interest in content and social media
• Are proactive and willing to take on new challenges
• Can maintain an overview when several campaigns and tasks are running at the same time
