What you'll do

Operate multiple CNC cylindrical grinders with confidence and care.

Use conversational CNC programming to set up and run jobs efficiently.

Perform multi‑tool setups and optimize sequences for throughput.

Execute between‑centers , chucking OD , and chucking ID grinding with repeatable results.

Run the Kellenberger Kel‑Vista (3 machines) and Kel‑Vita (with non‑round grinding capability ), plus the Jones & Shipman CNC Grinder for precision between‑centers work.

Track job time accurately via clock‑in/clock‑out to support scheduling and costing.

Follow the supervisor's scheduled job list to ensure on‑time delivery.

Partner with Quality Assurance technicians on critical inspections.

Protect customer components by handling each part with extreme care to reduce scrap.

Continuously drive quality and efficiency in every operation.
