Sales Manager - Retail Branch

We are looking for your talent and skills to perform the position of: 'SALES MANAGER”.

REQUIRED PROFILE: Completed higher education; degree desirable; business administration, commercial relations, business/international business, business management, or a related career. Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, customer service, and team supervision. Experience in sales administration, invoicing, collections, and reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and messaging tools. Knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable. Ability for negotiation, sales closing, and customer service. Orientation towards goal and results achievement. Leadership, organization, and personnel follow-up. Excellent service attitude and communication.

ACTIVITIES: Supervise and direct the branch team. Establish and follow up on commercial goals. Develop strategies to increase sales. Prospecting and customer follow-up. Negotiation and sales closing. Prepare sales reports and indicators. Supervise invoicing and collections. Follow up on accounts receivable. Analyze results and detect improvement opportunities. Maintain and strengthen the customer portfolio. Train and evaluate sales personnel. Resolve customer situations and needs. Coordinate administrative activities of the area. Ensure the fulfillment of commercial objectives.

WE OFFER: Salary: $18,000.00 gross monthly + bonus (goal achievement). Salary: $4,200.00 gross weekly. Weekly payment (Saturdays - 100% fiscal) - Santander/Banamex/Banbajio. WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday from 08:00 am - 5:00 pm with one hour for lunch. Saturdays from 9:00 am – 02:00 pm.

WORK ZONE: Parque Ind. Hermosillo (100% ON-SITE job).
