Who are you As a customer service representative, you offer a listening ear to customers. You speak to everyone with enthusiasm! You are patient and work in a solution-oriented manner. You actively think along with the customer and help them where necessary. You don't mind working from Monday to Friday from 09:00 - 17:30 or 09:30 to 18:00. About 4 to 5 times per year, you have an on-call shift during the weekend. If you are called, you can simply arrange it from home! #chill

Important is that you:

• Have excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.

What you are going to do You park your car or bicycle in the parking lot and beep yourself in with the badge! You grab a cup of coffee and walk towards your desk! You check your email and answer the phone calls. At 10:00, you have a meeting with the whole team. This is to ensure that everyone is on the same page. The latest news is also discussed. The day consists of approximately 40% customer service. And 60% consists of logistics administration. You provide optimal service to customers via telephone or via email.
