We are looking for a Regional Management Controller M/F based in our new agency in Toulouse St Jory, to strengthen our financial activity in the South-West region. As a Regional Management Controller M/F, you will report to the Road Logistics Management Control Director and collaborate closely with the Regional Operations Director, the Regional Sales Director, and the Agency Directors. You will guarantee the proper management of the 13 sites of the South-West Regional Direction and ensure the reliability of economic and operational data for optimal decision-making. Monitor and analyze the performance monitoring tools of the sites in your region, propose and follow up on corrective actions, collect the information necessary to justify results, and participate in monthly closings. Monitor investments and support the construction of Business Plans. Analyze customer profitability and participate in responses to calls for tenders. Be a source of proposals and drive the implementation of action plans for the sites within your scope. Support Agency Directors in the preparation of budgets/forecasts and ensure their consistency, while guaranteeing the flow of information from the Region to the central functions. Support operational staff in understanding their financial statements and forecasting their operating resources, by analyzing variances with commitments. Share and promote management control tools among operational staff. Ensure the proper application of group procedures, governance rules, and quality and compliance standards, while guaranteeing data quality in the various tools. What we are looking for in you
With a Master's degree (Bac+5), you have at least 3 years of successful experience in Management Control or Transport Operations, ideally acquired in a complex and demanding multi-site environment. Recognized for your excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to interact effectively with various stakeholders and evolve in constantly changing environments. Your rigor, your sense of priorities, and your strong commitment are true assets on a daily basis. Autonomous and proactive, you possess solid analysis and synthesis skills, allowing you to step back and inform decision-making. You master Pack Office tools, particularly Excel, and are comfortable with Business Intelligence tools. Professional English, both written and spoken, is essential to succeed in this position.
