As a true primary contact for our customers, you will ensure shipment tracking, manage daily requests, and actively contribute to the quality of service delivered by the agency. Ensure shipment tracking and ensure compliance with service commitments. Respond to customer requests by phone and email with reactivity and professionalism. Manage complaints and support customers in resolving their issues. Enter, process, and track transport contracts as well as collection requests. Perform proactive monitoring of files to anticipate any potential anomalies or delays. Compile and follow up on customer dispute files. Support customers in using shipment tracking tools. Collaborate closely with operational teams, Kuehne+Nagel agencies, and transport partners to guarantee quality of service. What we are looking for in you
A successful first experience in customer relations, customer service, or in an administrative position. Experience in transport or logistics is an asset. Excellent written and oral communication skills. A strong sense of customer service and customer satisfaction. A good ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Composure, reactivity, and good priority management. A rigorous, organized person who enjoys teamwork. Good proficiency in IT tools as well as a basic level of English. What we offer you
