As a Forwarding Agent within the "Air" team, you are at the heart of the supply chain and guarantee the smooth running of air transport operations. You may be assigned to a Customer service team. Organize import / export shipments for your client portfolio. Play a key role in managing unforeseen events and operational priorities as well as in service quality and customer satisfaction. Within the "Operations" team, manage the execution of shipments (bookings, documentation, partner coordination, and flow monitoring) to guarantee the quality and reliability of transport for customers. Within the "Customer Service" team, as the client's preferred contact, manage the relationship, understanding of needs, and performance monitoring, while managing operations to ensure compliant execution of shipments. What we are looking for in you
Experience in air forwarding or international logistics (beginners accepted depending on profile). Good mastery of import/export flows; Sense of customer service and reactivity. Knowledge of the transport / forwarding sector is a real plus, but we are open to career changers depending on their expertise in one or more of our verticals.
