How to make an impact

As a Forwarding Agent within the "Air" team, you are at the heart of the supply chain and ensure the smooth running of air transport operations. You may be assigned to an Operations or Customer service team.

• Organize import / export shipments for your client portfolio.
• Play a key role in managing unforeseen events and operational priorities, as well as in service quality and customer satisfaction.
• In the "Operations" team, manage the execution of shipments (bookings, documentation, partner coordination, and flow monitoring) to guarantee the quality and reliability of transport for customers.
• In the "Customer Service" team, as the primary contact for the customer, manage the relationship, understanding of needs, and performance monitoring, while driving operations to ensure compliant execution of shipments.

What we are looking for in you

• Experience in air forwarding or international logistics (beginners accepted depending on profile).
• Good mastery of import/export flows; Sense of customer service and reactivity.
• Knowledge of the transport / forwarding sector is a real plus, but we are open to career-change profiles depending on their expertise in one or more of our verticals.
• Strong interest in the digital transformation of the profession with artificial intelligence.
• Operational English (daily international exchanges).
