Head of AI Compute & GPU Infrastructure

Job Responsibilities

• Data Center & Deployment and Project Management: Coordinate data center readiness, including power, cooling, networking, and rack capacity, and oversee GPU server installation and cluster deployment across China and overseas markets.
• GPU Procurement: Lead GPU server procurement, supplier sourcing, price negotiations, and delivery management, including NVIDIA GPU solutions.
• Infrastructure Operations: Manage GPU cluster operations, maintenance, monitoring, incident response, and compute resource scheduling.
• Cost & Performance Optimization: Optimize GPU utilization, infrastructure reliability, and overall compute costs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in AI compute infrastructure, GPU servers, data centers, cloud infrastructure, or HPC.
• Experience in GPU procurement, supplier management, and infrastructure deployment.
• Good understanding of GPU server architecture, networking, power, and cooling requirements.
• Strong project management, negotiation, and cost optimization skills.
• Experience deploying large-scale GPU clusters for AI training or inference is preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
