Assistant Manager, Digital Engineering (BIM)
Responsibilities
Overall responsibility is to drive digitalization efforts within the project teams for the purpose of delivering an IDD project. Be a champion in the advancement of BIM, VDC and digitalization Proficient with C&S, Archi and M&E 3D Models Develop and spearhead VDC/IDD Standards Drive for improvements in QA/QC monitoring for alignment with organization VDC/IDD standards Enforcement of organization's BIM templates and standardization documentation Enforcement of 2D/3D families' standardization Lead a team of Digital Engineer/ BIM Specialist and monitor the BIM model deliverables for design, documentation and fabrication purpose Monitor shop drawings and submission schedule Familiar with BIM documentation and shop drawings directly from models Train and guide Digital Engineering Team to manage design coordination with technical teams, Client, subcontractors via VDC Create/ Maintain dashboard for monitoring of project management metrics Lead and pilot construction technologies to drive for project efficiency
Requirements
Degree in Engineering/ Architecure with relevant courses in BIM Proven track record with at least 8 years full experiences with BIM, preferably from A1 Main Contractor or Consultants independently Must be proficient in Revit, Navisworks, Auto Cad & MS Office Have basic knowledge and usage of Dynamo & Civil3D Have experience in 4D Synchro/ Fuzor, 5D Cubicost and PowerBI Implementation Good command of spoken and written English Highly adaptable, flexible personality who embraces teamwork, but also enjoys working independently. Experience with Infrastructure/ Building Projects will be an added advantage
