Technical Project Manager Datacenter

As Project Manager Datacenter, you are responsible for the successful realization of complex datacenter projects from startup to delivery. You combine technical knowledge with strong project management and act as the connecting link between the client, internal teams, suppliers, and external partners. Thanks to your structured approach, you monitor planning, quality, budget, and contractual agreements, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and according to the agreed standards.

Job Description

• You lead and coordinate datacenter projects from preparation and planning to execution, testing, and final delivery.
• You act as the central point of contact for the client and continuously coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• You monitor planning, budget, quality, scope, and contractual obligations and adjust in a timely manner where necessary.
• You are regularly present at the datacenter location, with extra focus during critical installation, commissioning, and testing phases.
• You ensure correct project administration, reporting, technical documentation, and a complete project file.
• You support the further professionalization of project management processes, working methods, and tools within the organization.
• You possess relevant experience with datacenters and complex technical or multidisciplinary projects.
• You have a degree in Industrial Engineer or Civil Engineer, preferably with a background in electrical engineering, HVAC, BMS, or industrial installations, or equivalent practical experience.
• You combine a broad technical background with strong insight into electrical systems and industrial infrastructure.
• You have experience with planning, budget monitoring, contract management, client communication, and project reporting.
• You are pragmatic, decisive, and have strong communication skills, and you know how to translate technical challenges into concrete solutions.
• You speak excellent English; knowledge of Dutch is a strong asset. Furthermore, you are entitled to work in Belgium.
