Project Leader Machine Building

Are you a technically strong project leader with experience in machine building and a hands-on mentality? For a growing technical environment, we are looking for a Project Leader Machine Building who coordinates multiple projects from design to execution. You form the link between the customer, sales, engineering, production, and assembly, ensuring that projects are realized technically correctly, within schedule, and according to the agreements made.

Job Description

• You manage multiple machine building projects in parallel and coordinate them from preparation through to delivery.
• You translate the sold scope into a concrete and feasible technical execution and coordinate this with engineering, production, and assembly.
• You support mechanical and electrical engineers and monitor the technical progress and feasibility of the designs.
• You organize the site planning, direct mechanics, and coordinate activities at various sites.
• You monitor planning, progress, quality, and continuity, and intervene timely when adjustments are necessary.
• You are the operational point of contact for the customer and maintain clear communication regarding the progress and execution of the projects.
• You possess a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field, preferably mechanics or electromechanics.
• You have at least 5 years of relevant experience within machine building and possess good knowledge of machine building and metal constructions.
• You combine technical and spatial insight with a strong organizational and practical approach.
• You take responsibility, work independently, and are strong in the flexible organization and adjustment of projects.
• You are communicatively strong, driven, and work smoothly with customers, colleagues, engineers, production, and mechanics.
• You have good operational knowledge of French and English.
