Operation Manager

Krya, a pioneering center for fostering creativity and innovation among the youth, seeks dynamic individuals to join our vibrant team in Suko Manunggal, Surabaya, Jawa Timur, Indonesia. We are currently looking for a Project Manager and an Operations Manager to help us continue our impactful work in Education, Media, and Professional sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Manager:
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet project timelines and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and ensure all parties are aligned on project goals and expectations.

• Operations Manager:
• Develop and implement operational plans to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to standards.
• Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve overall performance. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Provide operational insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines.
• Have between 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a creative or educational setting.
• Demonstrate strong managerial finance skills, effective teamwork, operations management expertise, and project coordination abilities.
• Possess excellent teaching and cross-functional team leadership skills.
• Proven experience in event management and operational planning.
• A passion for innovation and a commitment to contributing to the development of young talent.
