Head of Quality Assurance / Hardening Plant (m/f/d) (Head - Quality Assurance)

KRS – SYSTEM GmbH is a well-known and traditional company in the metal industry with approximately 250 employees. Our production range includes balls made of various materials, cylindrical and needle rollers, as well as special technical parts. We supply national and international companies in the automotive and automotive supply industry, mechanical engineering, bearing, and furniture industries.

We are looking for an immediate:

Head of Quality Assurance / Hardening Plant (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Quality Assurance and Hardening Plant departments
• Ensuring and continuously improving product and process quality
• Complaint management including conducting systematic root cause analyses and defining sustainable corrective or preventive measures
• Accompanying internal and external audits, as well as other customer and supplier meetings
• Ensuring compliance with customer requirements as well as national and international quality standards
• Analysis and evaluation of quality-relevant key figures
• Coordination and further development of the material technology and heat treatment technology areas
• Regular reporting to the management
• Close cooperation with Production, Purchasing, Sales, QMB, and Management

Requirements / Qualifications:

• completed technical university or technical college degree
• relevant professional experience
• advanced knowledge in the areas of Quality Assurance, measurement technology, and material technology
• high technical interest and understanding
• good English language skills, both written and spoken
• knowledge of an ERP-System, as well as proficiency in MS-Office applications
• teamwork skills, resilience, quality awareness
