Purchasing Specialist

• Making purchases in the areas of direct and indirect and services
• Supporting Kronospan Group companies in ensuring the continuity of component supplies and services provided by external companies
• Ensuring timely deliveries and cost reduction
• Preparing documentation related to the purchasing process
• Settling purchase invoices
• Negotiating commercial terms and maintaining long-term relationships with suppliers
• Constant market monitoring for the purpose of cost reduction and searching for alternative sources of supply
• Creating analyses, information, statements, and reports for the direct supervisor, the company's management board, and headquarters
• Participating in purchasing projects at national and international levels
• Readiness for business trips domestically and abroad

• Ability to conduct commercial negotiations and build relationships with business partners
• Very good knowledge of English enabling free communication (mandatory condition)
• Highly developed organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel – advanced level)
