Your tasks
Your responsibilities
- Implementation of selected procurement processes within the managed category - the area of technical materials and specialized services (machine spare parts, tools, equipment, etc.).
- Creating requests for quotation and negotiating delivery and purchase terms within the list of qualified suppliers.
- Analyzing the market and searching for new suppliers.
- Creating framework agreements.
- Supervising delivery deadlines and verifying purchase invoices.
- Sending complaints to the supplier along with documentation.
- Cooperation with the Maintenance department.
- Creating reports on the progress of current work.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of technical procurement.
- Minimum secondary education, technical.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel).
- Knowledge of the functioning of ERP systems.
