• Planning work, developing investment schedules.
• Taking care of the internal and external infrastructure of the plants.
• Negotiating terms of cooperation.
• Coordinating the execution and work of subcontractors.
• Controlling the progress and costs of implemented projects.
• Settling investments.
• Creating analyses and reports in accordance with applicable reporting standards.
• Searching for suppliers and subcontractors for individual infrastructural and investment works.

• Experience in the area of tendering or in supervising investment projects in the construction area.
• Higher technical education (civil engineering or related).
• Communicative knowledge of English.
• Category B driving license.
• Readiness for business travel – once/twice a month.
• Construction qualifications – welcome.
