Certification Specialist

Silva Sp. z o.o. is engaged in the transport, purchase, distribution, and processing of wood raw material for the needs of wood-based panel plants. Maintaining the required documentation related to forest certification systems; Controlling and implementing changes in accordance with applicable procedures; Verifying document compliance in cooperation with other departments; Preparing the organization for audits by external entities; Supporting the wood raw material purchasing department in the wood import process; Cooperation with other Companies within the organization in connection with performing the above duties;

Knowledge of English at least at an intermediate level; Professional experience in a similar position in the area of certification / conducting audits; Readiness for occasional business trips for the purpose of auditing sites and suppliers; Communication and negotiation skills; Scrupulousness, accuracy, conscientiousness; Welcome: ISO internal auditor certificate as well as FSC, PEFC; Knowledge of the wood or recycling industry;
