• Trend scouting and corresponding product development up to series production readiness
• Market observation and creation of benchmarks
• Ongoing communication with customers and suppliers
• Conducting presentations for Key Accounts
• Assortment management

• Completed wood technology training (FS, HTL, FH)
• Professional experience in the field of wood-based panels and industry knowledge
• Creativity, affinity for wood and design
• Networked thinking, independent way of working, cost awareness, and organizational talent
• Very good MS-Office skills; Auto CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualization such as Sketchup are an advantage
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
