- Optimization of production in terms of costs of materials used for production, as well as maximizing production line efficiency;
- Supervision of the technological process and organization of work according to the production plan;
- Analysis of quality defects from a technological and/or process perspective;
- Verification of materials and raw materials used for production and control of non-conformities;
- Support in preparing financial budgets, calculations, and production plans.
- Experience in a team leader or shift manager position is welcome;
- Higher education;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Knowledge of MS Office;
- Good work organization and ability to manage a team;
- Category B driver's license;
- Readiness to establish long-term cooperation.
