Lean and 5S Specialist / Lean & 5S Specialist

We are looking for a motivated professional to support the implementation and development of the Lean culture within the company, promote continuous process improvement, and work actively with production teams to build a safe, organized, and efficient working environment.

• Implements, coordinates, and supports the application of the 5S methodology across all production units of the company.
• Organizes and conducts training on Lean principles, 5S, and good manufacturing practices.
• Performs regular 5S audits, analyzes results, and tracks the implementation of taken actions.
• Works together with managers and teams to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.
• Identifies and eliminates the 8 types of waste (Muda) through Lean tools (VSM, SMED, Kanban, Poka-Yoke).
• Supports the realization of Kaizen initiatives and projects to increase efficiency.
• Develops and maintains visual standards, instructions, and management tools.
• Monitors key performance indicators and prepares analyses and reports on the progress of Lean initiatives.
• Initiates and participates in projects for the optimization of work processes, workplace organization, and waste reduction.
• Promotes a culture of continuous improvement and engagement among employees.

Candidate Requirements:

• Higher education – technical, engineering, economics, or other relevant field.
• Practical experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement tools.
• Experience with 5S, Kaizen, Visual Management, Standard Work, or similar methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with different teams and levels within the organization.
• Analytical approach and problem-solving ability.
• Good command of the English language.
• Good MS Office skills.
