Your tasks
Your scope of responsibilities
- Participation in a dedicated development program aimed at preparing for leadership roles.
- Rotational learning of key areas of the company's operations, such as production, maintenance, technology, sales, purchasing, and accounting.
- Collaboration with managers in the day-to-day management of departments and analysis of operational results.
- Participation in optimization and development projects at the plant level.
- Learning business processes, organizational structure, and operational decision-making mechanisms.
- Participation in international projects and training.
Ultimately, we will prepare you to take on a leadership position in one of the key areas of the organization.
Requirements
We are currently looking for committed professionals with passion for the position:
- Higher technical education or student status, preferred fields: wood technology, chemical technology, chemical and process engineering, production management and engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
- Interest in developing towards operational or technical management.
- High motivation to learn and take on new challenges.
- Very good knowledge of English, enabling free communication in an international environment.
- Ability for analytical thinking and good work organization.
