From the Kronospan Human Resources department, we are looking to hire a Site Manager. An enthusiastic, energetic, and proactive person who will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and supervision of daily works and the expansion of our production plant.
Tasks to be performed: Plan and supervise the daily execution of the works. Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and technical teams. Control deadlines, costs, measurements, certifications, and budget. Supervise compliance with plans, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. Coordinate with the Engineering, Production, Maintenance, Prevention, Purchasing, and Quality departments. Detect deviations, resolve incidents, and propose corrective measures. Guarantee compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Coordinate testing, legalizations, commissioning, and final delivery of the facilities.
Essential requirements: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or similar. Minimum of five years of experience as a Site Manager, preferably in industrial projects or production plant expansions. Professional English level is essential, both spoken and written. Experience in the coordination of contractors and multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of planning, cost control, measurements, budgets, and occupational risk prevention.
