Chief Accountant (Real Estate Department)

• Maintaining accounting books in the real estate area;
• Supervising the correct settlement of accounting operations;
• Verifying the correctness of data necessary to prepare calculations, profit and loss statements;
• Cooperation with company management, the accounting center, and external companies;
• Preparing monthly company reports;
• Checking the correctness of prepared VAT registers regarding purchases and sales;
• Preparing VAT / JPK declarations and CIT calculations;
• Preparing real estate, agricultural, and forest tax declarations;
• Preparation of annual financial statements;
• Supervising the timeliness of payments;
• Preparing reports for GUS, NBP;
• Preparing analyses and reports.

• Experience in full accounting (mandatory condition);
• Experience in simultaneously handling several entities;
• Experience in accounting in the area of fixed assets;
• Higher education in the field;
• Very good knowledge of the Accounting Act regulations and tax regulations;
• Ability to cooperate with financial institutions;
• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite, especially Excel;
• Good knowledge of the English language;
• Very good work organization, as well as independence and commitment.
