Being responsible for the factory's maintenance-repair and automation tasks, Carrying out planned, periodic, condition-based, and emergency maintenance activities, preparing documentation, Determining the training needs of personnel, providing or organizing the necessary training. Preparing technical reports to achieve high standards, Being responsible for assembly and improvement works in the factory, Being proficient in official standards and current regulations related to the field and conducting necessary procedures according to the regulations, Conducting energy saving studies, Managing the electrical maintenance group.

Being a graduate of electrical or electrical-electronics engineering departments of universities, Knowing English at a good level (Additionally, knowing German is a plus), Having a good command of MS Office applications, Being proficient in profession-related software (AutoCAD, EPLAN, PLC (Siemens TiaPortal-Step7-PCS7) and Scada programs, etc.), additionally knowing Rockwell and Beckhoff is a plus. Being proficient in network rules and communication protocols (profinet, profibus, modbus) Being proficient in motor drives (SEW-ABB-Siemens) Being proficient in HV-LV subjects, Having worked a minimum of 5 years in Electrical Maintenance-Repair and Automation Systems, Having completed military service, Being able to perform analysis, having high planning capability, strong stress management, and being prone to teamwork, Being able to reside in Kastamonu center, Being able to adapt to flexible working hours.
