  • Ongoing support for the legal team in the analysis and preparation of documents in administrative, corporate, and company registration processes.
  • Archiving (including electronic) of company legal documents.
  • Cooperation with internal departments, including purchasing, logistics, and investments.
  • Monitoring changes in regulations and preparing short briefings for the business.
  • Higher education.
  • Basic knowledge of civil, commercial, and economic law.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in an in-house legal department or a law firm serving corporate clients - mandatory requirement.
  • Proficiency in English enabling reading and preparing documents in English (min. B2) - mandatory requirement.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office / Microsoft 365, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic business environment.
  • Fluent use of modern technologies, including AI tools supporting legal analysis and document work.
  • Very good work organization, accuracy, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in an international environment will be an advantage.
