Bilingual Training Systems Analyst

Education:

Technical degree, TSU, Bachelors, or related field.

Experience:

Experience in Automotive industry. 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, administration, training, HR or similar roles. English B2-C1: Reading, writing, and communication. Intermediate- advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Organized, proactive and results- oriented

Knowledge and activities:

• Maintain and update training programs on platforms and software.
• Training employees and key users on the correct use of the training platform.
• Develop user guides, training materials, and procedures in English.
• Provide ongoing support and resolve platform related questions or issues.
• Coordinate with global corporate teams regarding platform updates and requirements.
• Support audits by providing accurate training records and evidence.

Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree years of experience
