PLC and Robot Programmer (m/f/d) (PLC Engineer)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced PLC and Robot Programmer (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.

Your Tasks

• Development of software for PLC and robots
• Development of automation concepts within the team
• Checking the feasibility of automation concepts, e.g., through simulation with SIMIT
• Guiding and supporting junior programmers
• Commissioning of systems at the plant in Dohna and at the customer's site
• Training of operating and technical personnel
• Support with technical problems and adjustments
• On-call service for customers (Mon–Fri | 06:00 – 22:00)

Your Qualification

• Completed technical degree in the field of automation technology, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or similar
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of PLC control programming
• Experience in the simulation of robot systems (an advantage)
• Enjoyment in solving problems
• Independence
• Quick comprehension
• Systematic working
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Good English skills
• Driving license class B
• Willingness to travel (mostly DACH region)
