Core Functions: Work with senior management to determine the range of services and products to be sold, and contribute to sales strategy and targets. Undertake market research to identify new customer segments, competitors and business opportunities. Discuss customer and business partner requirements, and prepare tailored service packages and proposals. Carry out customer surveys and analyse customer reactions to services, products, packaging and pricing. Compile and analyse sales figures and prepare reports and recommendations for senior management. Use sales and customer data, CRM and digital channels to identify trends, target promotions and grow sales. Develop pricing for memberships, service packages and new offerings. Prepare and deliver marketing campaigns and promotional activities across the business. Manage key customer accounts, including group, event and partner clients. Recruit and train junior sales and booking staff in sales techniques and customer retention. Identify new products, treatments and service lines in line with market trends and customer demand, and recommend additions to the range. Source and evaluate suppliers for new product lines, and negotiate terms for their introduction. Assess the commercial viability of new products and services, including pricing, margins and expected demand. Plan and manage the commercial launch of new business ventures, including project timelines, launch budgets and milestones. Manage new business development projects from proposal to delivery, coordinating with suppliers, partners and internal staff. Requirements Relevant degree required; postgraduate qualification preferred. At least 3 years' experience in management roles with responsibility for sales performance, business growth or commercial reporting. Experience analysing sales figures and KPIs, and preparing reports and recommendations for senior management. Experience developing and coordinating promotional campaigns and customer retention initiatives. Experience in supplier management, product sourcing and procurement. Experience managing budgets and controlling costs. Project management skills, including planning, budgeting and meeting deadlines. Strong data analysis skills and experience using digital tools to support business growth. Experience recruiting and training staff. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Experience in the beauty, retail or service sectors is an advantage. Training in Lean Six Sigma or process improvement is an advantage.
