Workday Core HCM Lead

Job Description: Functional Expertise: Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM. Ability to understand how Core HCM connects and interacts with other Workday modules. Able to assess impacts and touchpoints across the broader Workday landscape. Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management capability. Able to set expectations with business stakeholders. Able to manage relationships effectively in an onshore-facing environment. Communication & Leadership: Strong communication skills. Able to delegate effectively. Able to coordinate across workstreams and manage delivery expectations. Working Style: Preferably onshore or heavily business-facing. Should be comfortable rolling up their sleeves and getting into the details rather than only directing teams. Expected to work through system screens, solution details, and day-to-day delivery activities. Manager level minimum. Preference from the team was for a hands-on Manager than someone operating mainly at a leadership/oversight level.
