Requirements

• Three to five years as a business analyst in product engineering and development, including at least two years on Singapore Government agile delivery.
• Running workshops with users and personally writing user stories, acceptance criteria and functional design, working to a client Product Owner.
• Writing and executing test cases from system test through SIT and UAT, including testing with migrated data.
• SQL for data investigation and validation.
• Experience bringing multiple agencies or divisions onto a shared process is a strong advantage.
• Candidates whose experience is mainly reviewing vendor work, project management, or platform configuration (for example CRM or ERP) will not be suitable.
