Your area of responsibility

• Assumption of overall responsibility as CFO for several departments with strategic and operational leadership as well as development and motivation of the team
• Development, implementation, and monitoring of controlling processes, budget planning and control, as well as cost accounting
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB and proper bookkeeping
• Further development and efficiency increase of commercial processes through the use of modern IT solutions
• Analysis and evaluation of investment decisions and their implementation
• Support of worldwide locations in financial and contractual matters as well as with legal requirements
• Interface to auditors, banks, and other external partners

What you bring with you

• Successfully completed business administration studies or a comparable commercial qualification
• Several years of experience in a senior commercial leadership position as Commercial Manager, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Head of Finance, or similar, ideally in the manufacturing industry
• Sound knowledge in finance and accounting, controlling, and tax law
• High IT affinity and confident use of MS-Office
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and high initiative
• Assertiveness, negotiation skills, and empathy
• Very good English skills
